2700 Hillside Terrace

Step into this light-drenched Crescent Hill luxury renovation and prepare to fall in love! Carefully restored and complete with a full height second floor addition, this four bedroom, three and a half bathroom stunner has no detail left untouched. After months of careful renovation, this home seamlessly blends original charm and details with updated conveniences. You will find custom trim work and carpentry throughout, including built-in bookshelves in each upstairs bedroom, and original heart pine floors on the first floor, with new red and white oak floors upstairs. Huge picture windows (approximately 5' x 6ft') bejewel the first floor and basement, creating an almost treehouse like feeling. The finished basement provides loads of additional living space, and could be an incredible rec room, playroom, or studio. A laundry room is conveniently located just off the kitchen, but additional laundry hookups remain in the basement for extra flexibility. Located on a corner double lot on a quiet street in Crescent Hill, you'll find a lush and surprisingly private-feeling backyard, with an incredible surprise: a unique straw-built structure. This structure is complete with a radiant roof barrier, which blocks 97% of the radiant heat from the sun, creating a passive comfort system. This building could be an interesting artist studio, gardening workshop, or simply provide additional storage. With a large front porch, back deck, and side portico, there are many ways to enjoy the outdoors.
