Hello, I’m Sandy Thurman, a real estate professional proudly serving Southern Indiana. I was raised in Borden, lived in the Terre Haute area for more than 30 years, and recently returned to Southern Indiana. That history gives me a strong understanding of the region, its communities, and the details that matter when making a move.

I began my real estate career in January 2016, following 11 years as a police officer in Terre Haute. That experience shaped how I work today: prepared, detail-oriented, and committed to doing the right thing. After stepping away from law enforcement to be a stay-at-home mom, I pursued real estate as a way to support my family while continuing to serve others.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Criminology from Indiana State University, along with a minor in Business Administration. My professional background also includes time as an insurance agent and a substitute teacher. Each role strengthened my ability to explain complex information clearly and guide people through important decisions with confidence.

Family is at the center of everything I do. My husband and I enjoy exploring state parks, local restaurants, and community events. Our family is spread out, with our oldest son and his wife nearby, our middle son in Arizona, and our youngest currently in college. We value time together and stay closely connected.

Since returning to Southern Indiana, I am excited to continue building relationships and contributing to the community.
